Percevez!!!!!!


A delicacy in Spain, our French friends for the night Son et Luic cooked up a delicious pot-- plus a good ten pounds of mussels.

And while I question the sanity of anyone who envies the dirt-bagging cyclist's diet, if you express much more thin-veiled interest in our sea 'grub,' we might just have to mail you some, unrefrigerated.

  4. Whhhhhhhhhattttt?!?!?!?!

    We ate that 'stuff,' as you so ineloquently term it, and we enjoyed it, to boot! The bit you eat, actually, is inside the tuber things. The greenish-whitish things on the ends of the tuber dealys are shell, and you pry them apart and suck out the little worm-like creature from inside his dark,watery lair.
